Like what I said in my previous post about downloading free movies, downloading free PSP games is basically the same. But because movies are different from games, I made this post.
Downloading Games
What you need:
- BitTorrent client (you also need knowledge on how to use them) [uTorrent, BitTorrent,Vuze]
- Archiving utility (most of 'em are compressed) [7-Zip, IZArc]
- PSP running on CFW (of course, these are unsigned!)
Step by step procedure:
- Download and install a program for each one of the categories I gave above. (uTorrent, 7-Zip, and 6.39 ME-2 are the ones I use right now)
- Go to a torrent site. (I personally recommend The Pirate Bay)
- Two options:
- If you just want to browse games, type "psp" on the search bar, check "Games", and click "Pirate Search".
- If you have an idea what game you want to play, then type the title of the game on the search bar. If none comes up, try adding "psp" on your search.
- For a faster download (more seeders), click the tab "SE" to sort the downloads with descending number of seeders.
- Pick the game you want to download (pick the one with the greatest number of seeds)
- Check the description and comments first before downloading the torrent to make sure it is a good download.
- Download the torrent file by clicking "DOWNLOAD THIS TORRENT"
- Open the file using your BitTorrent client and click "Ok" or "Confirm download" or whatever the word is.
To install most games, extract the rar/zip file using your archiving utility and put the ISO or CSO file in the "ISO" folder of your PSP.
